Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
CouchCuddles, the “Sponsor,” located at [YOUR STREET ADDRESS, CITY, STATE, ZIP], is the sole sponsor of this Giveaway.
(Use your physical mailing address where you can reliably receive mail-in entries and winner list requests.)
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of CouchCuddles, its advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such person are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on November 1, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Purchase Entry:
Each purchase of a CouchCuddles pillow during the Promotion Period counts as an entry.
Free Mail-In Entry:
To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3" x 5" postcard and mail it in a first-class, postage-paid envelope to:

All entries have an equal chance of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive eight (8) CouchCuddles pillows of the winner’s choice: four (4) 22"x22", two (2) 18"x18", and two (2) 12"x20".
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): [TOTAL DOLLAR VALUE].
No cash or prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not specifically listed as part of the prize.
6. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
On or about November 7, 2025, Sponsor will select the potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner via email and telephone.
The potential winner must respond within two (2) weeks of initial notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Verification of Winner
Potential winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within [X] days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding.
11. Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising out of this Giveaway shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in [YOUR COUNTY], Texas.
12. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:
